No. Whether you are purchasing your product with a credit card or cash basis you are getting the same product. All suppliers by their products from terminals where both large and small companies load their product there is no difference in the quality of the product.
I ordered more product than the company/supplier delivered. I paid by credit card how can I get my refund?
Your credit card is charged for the amount you order at the time you placeyour order. This normally takes your card issuer approximately 5 business days to appear on your account.

NO if you order CASH delivery, it must be in the form of cash only. Debit cards are considered credit cards.
I placed an order how do I know what time the delivery will be made?
All deliveries are delivered on a route. If you need specific information about a delivery, please contact the company/supplier directly. Their phone number is in the email confirmation you received when you placed the order. Most companies/suppliers cannot give an exact time your delivery will be made due to excessive volume.
Is it true that CASH companies are not licensed or insured?
False, all oil companies must be licensed and properly insured or they will not be able to load their trucks at the terminals. Also, the state performs a background check on all applicants prior to receiving a license to deliver any product.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
If you ordered any product via credit card, you do not need to be home for the delivery. If you ordered a CASH delivery you or someone 18 years or older must be home to pay the driver CASH.
What if I need to cancel an order I placed?
If you need to cancel your order, please inform Gotfueloil.com by email or phone. You must also contact the company/supplier also. (the companies phone number is on your email confirmation) The company/supplier needs to know that you have cancelled your order so they can remove you from their delivery schedule. If your cancellation was not received in time before the delivery was made, you will be responsible for payment of the delivery. There is a $15.00 cancellation fee for all cancelled orders. Please view our complete cancellation policy under our terms & conditions.
Why are there two different oil prices?
One price is the actual price for the product you are ordering. If there is a second price listed for the product you are ordering this price is the discounted price for paying with cash. For the most convenience, please order with a credit card so you do not have to be home for delivery.
What happens if the price changes after I place an order?
When you order oil, the price is locked in at the time of the order. The supplier purchases the product so they have it available for your delivery. If the price goes down after you order it, and your product was already purchased in advance, the supplier will lose money. If the price of the product goes up, the supplier will still honor the lower price you ordered at.
